In the offered batteries we use branded Lishen cells with low internal resistance and high current efficiency. These parameters ensure failure-free operation of the battery for many years.

Ready-made output tabs welded to the cell pack allow for quick and reliable connection of external contacts or battery holders. Clean, low-resistance welds ensure durability and performance. No electronics or additional tapes are included - these packs are designed specifically for NiCd and NiMH applications where only the cells and welded tabs are required. The cells have a height of 42 mm.

- Before Installation
- Inspect all cells for damage, swelling (Li-Ion), leakage (NiMH/NiCd), or corrosion.
- Ensure correct polarity and clean terminal contacts.
- Do not mix different battery types or new with used cells.
- Cell Characteristics
- Li-Ion: Nominal voltage ~3.7V per cell (max 4.2V / min 3.0V).
- NiMH/NiCd: Nominal voltage ~1.2V per cell (fully charged ~1.4V / min ~1.0V).
- ? Charging
- Use chargers specifically designed for the chemistry type.
- Li-Ion: Always use a BMS or protection circuit. Charge in a fireproof location.
- NiMH/NiCd: Use a smart charger with peak detection. Avoid overcharging and trickle-charging NiCd long-term.
- ? Storage
- Store both types in a cool (15-25C), dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Li-Ion: Store at ~3.7V per cell (40-60% capacity) for long-term storage.
- NiMH/NiCd: Recharge every 2-3 months to prevent deep discharge.
