(Non-Woven, Double) Homefront Heated Electric Blanket Machine Washable

I bought this so that I could put my previous one on to my guest bed. It is so fluffy and comfy. It arrived in good time. It heats up quite quickly - I use on the top settings as am old and get very cold. I bought the better one with the 'skirt' likened to a fitted sheet, because the previous one with broad elastic top and bottom did move around a bit. However I am disappointed with the skirt as it is extremely thin stretchy mesh and would be very easy to put your fingers through it whilst trying to get in place. My mattress is very deep but this is still very roomy so you have to try tucking it underneath the mattress at all four sides. Took quite a long time to sort out very carefully. I cannot operate the disconnect for the cables to wash the blanket - I do not need to wash it yet but my divan bed is very close to the carpet and I cannot get the plug under to store excess cable at the back of the bed. I usually disconnect at the blanket and can then get the control end under the bed with excess cable and replug in after. The fitting is different from my previous blanket and I cannot work pushing in the tiny hole to release it therefore lots of cable is dangerous at the sides of my bed. I will have to find a way of folding it up with cable ties so I do no catch my foot in it.

Just the thing to keep the chill away, particularly from my feet,it’s cosy nights from now on, plus it stays in place all night.

Very happy with this electric blanket far better than my previous one which only warmed the middle of the bed, this product warms right to the edges and down to your feet very happy . Also very easy to fit with an elasticated skirt would recommend to anybody who needs a little bit of warmth as they get into bed.

very happy with the blanket. great fit as I have a very deep mattress.would definitely recommend . dual control is a great idea also
