The product was fully crated. The delivery person without mask would not remove the crate for me to inspect the table as suggested in the instructions.
I have no way of removing a crated table and disposing of the wood. I asked the driver to take back the product. This company does not refund the product until the third party delivery company returns it to their facility. I'm still awaiting the refund. Purchase date 31/5.
All in all a very wasted 10 days.
