Diindolylmethane aka DIM is a potent natural compound found in many cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and kale. DIM's main benefit lies in its estrogen metabolizing effects. With 100mg of DIM, this makes a great option for balancing estrogen while ensuring that one doesn't experience a drastic increase or decrease in estrogen levels.
