Casein protein digests and is absorbed slowly. But wait! That's a good thing! Because casein stays in your system for so long, it is great for preventing muscle loss during periods when exercise and eating aren't necessarily possible. Long day at work? Busy dealing with kids? Afraid of losing gains during sleep? Casein protein provides you with a gradual supply of amino acids over hours, preventing muscle loss and aiding protein synthesis and recovery.

Instantized micellar casein (casein protein, sunflower lecithin).

Contain: Milk.

Made and quality tested in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.

Mix 1 scoop (approx. 1/3 cup) daily with 6-10 oz of water, milk, or your preferred beverage.
