When it comes to BBQing, size matters!

So why get a clunky full-sized BBQ that takes up valuable space in your garden when you can get the same cooking power in a conveniently compact design? That's where the Omica comes in. Plus, there's no need to keep hungry guests waiting - powered by propane gas and reaching temperatures reaching above 400℃, this grill is fired up and ready to cook within 5 mins of firing up.

COOKABILITY:

Designed with an inverted V-shaped burner diffuser, the Omica Grill cooks evenly and keeps direct flames away from the food to prevent burning.

Once used a few times, the diffuser becomes black and coated with a charcoal layer to enhance the cooking process and flavour your food with a natural coal smell and taste.

Grill with the lid up to cook up a fast feast with extremely high temperatures or use the instant heat control mechanism to adapt to your preferred heat.

Barbecuing with the lid down traps heat and slow cooks exceptional sizzling juicy steaks like Bistecca alla Fiorentina - something for every meat eater's bucket list.

PORTABILITY

The Omica sits safely on any table or surface. It's completely portable - perfect for those who don't want a large free-standing BBQ cluttering up their garden or patio.

SAFTEY

Safety comes first: the Omica has a unique double-skinned body to ensure the heat stays on the inside, unlike normal BBQ grills, making it an ideal option for families with small children.

TOP TIP

Add speciality woods (we prefer a little oak with some applewood), close the lid and infuse your cook with amazing smokey flavours previously only possible on expensive Kamado style grills.
