This iron-based supplement is clinically tested to support enhanced energy, well-being and athletic performance. It promotes healthy ferritin and red blood cell function, which helps effectively transport oxygen from our lungs to the rest of our bodies. OptiFerin-C is combined with buffered vitamin C to help enhance the iron absorption.

Vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), ascorbyl palmitate, hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose). 

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1-3 times daily, with meals.
