Ruby UK is a home and country store offering high quality, durable products. We offer a wide range of timber supplies including gates, picket fencing, cladding, decking and our own handmade garden planters. We also supply top brands covering workwear, chainsaw equipment, equestrian, car care, pet and more! These include: Dickies, Blackrock, JCB, Portwest, Oregon, Gatemate, Mark Todd, Lincoln & Red Gorilla.

We use a selection of couriers to dispatch items based on weights and dimensions.

This ensures we deliver the cheapest prices we can where charges are applicable.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or other UK offshore areas may incur a small charge on our larger items; please send us a message if you would like a quote for delivery to one of these areas.

Faulty/damaged goods will be replaced free of charge for either a full refund or like for like replacement upon either the return of the item, or necessary proof, which will be decided at Ruby UK's discretion. Such goods must be rejected within 5 working days of either collection or delivery.

Goods supplied incorrect to order will be replaced by the correct goods upon return of the incorrect item.

In the event of a customer changing their mind or ordering the incorrect size, We are more than happy to accept returns for exchange/refund, but cannot refund any shipping costs in this scenario, as this is a cost that cannot be recovered.

We will also issue an invoice to cover the postage costs of the replacement item. For items with free delivery, we will still require the customer to cover the costs of shipping, and there will be a handling fee deducted from refunds to cover the P&P costs incurred. This cost is variable based on the shipping costs of the item in question.
