We slow-simmer chickpeas in a creamy coconut sauce with the goodness of turmeric. Enjoy as a hearty dish on its own or accompany with naan, roti, or your favorite rice.

Water, chickpeas*, coconut milk*, carrot*, dried onion*, chickpea flour*, sunflower oil*, salt, jaggery brown cane sugar), cumin*, mustard*, dried ginger*, chilli pepper*, dried curry leaves*, white pepper*, turmeric powder*, natural asafoetida flavor, turmeric extract*, cinnamon oil*.

Microwave: Tear pouch 2" to vent and heat on high for 1 minute (ovens may vary). 

Stovetop: Pour contents into a pan; heat on low for 4 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. 

Serve as is, with Tasty Bite Rice or with flatbread! 

Grab pouch from sides as contents will be hot. Refrigerate unused portion.
