Organic Whole Dried Turmeric Roots 100g

Summary

• Grate Directly: Use a micro plane or grater to add fresh, potent turmeric directly into stir-fries, marinades, or scrambled eggs.
• Simmer Whole/Sliced: Add whole or sliced, dried roots to rice, lentils, soups, or curries to infuse flavour, removing them before serving.
• Rehydrate: Soak in water for 1–2 hours to make them easier to slice or paste for curry bases.
• Tea: Steep pieces of dried root in hot water (along with ginger or lemon) for a healthy, golden beverage.
• Grind into Powder: Use a high-powered blender or spice grinder to turn the dried roots into fresh, homemade powder for longer-term use in rubs.
