As far as budget laser printers go, this is one of the best. Good product support, easy to get spares, if required. Very good Facebook groups to support this product.
The product was really easy to set up, I am still learning how to use it but instructions are simple and easy to follow (even for a novice like me).
Great product and good price! Simple to assemble and get started. Essential for anyone starting out on a laser engraving journey!

I’m pleasantly surprised by the laser and this laser transaction. From start to finish, it was very easy.
Placing the order was simple and user friendly; it arrived within eight days of payment, quicker than the predicted delivery date and the box arrived in perfect condition with scarcely a mark on it.
The contents were well secured and protected with polystyrene packing. On top of the components were the CE certificate issued by CELAB Italy, a note to thank and congratulating me on my purchase, also to say that I have received an upgraded laser which is not expected to be sold until the second quarter of 2021, and a pamphlet listing the safety instructions, itemised parts list and links for the user manual, Customer support and vendor contact instructions.
A perfect start.
The components once removed from the packing were in individual plastic bags and once again in perfect condition. Taking them out and placing them in parts list order made following the building instructions simple.
I took my time, using the parts list to ensure every part was present and perfect before fitting together as per the instructions (which made easy reading) and had the laser completely built and ready for a test in less than 30 minutes.
Before powering up and testing the laser for the first time I did buy some CE specification laser safety glasses. The laser did come with a pair of green glasses, however I did not see any appropriate markings on them so being over cautious I bought a pair of MCMlaser EP-3 style 10 goggles.
Connecting the power supply and using the supplied USB cable to attach the laptop the laser was ready to test. I already have Lightburn loaded on my laptop so I simply booted up both the laser and laptop, launched Lightburn and let the software search for the new laser. It found and connected automatically, the Laser responds to the Lightburn software perfectly, and I have carried out some movement, etching and cutting tests which all went to plan.
A perfect build.
I’m now in the process of building a box to fully contain the laser before using it in earnest, both for stowage and in use; once again it may be over cautious, but I don’t want it damaged when not in use or anyone walking in when I’m using it being at risk.
Finally, a big thank you to the courier (sorry I did not see which company it was) for delivering the laser safely, OnBuy.com for making ordering simple, Homekit for supplying the laser and of course Ortur for making such an excellent laser.

Easy to assemble as long as you pay attention to the pictures in the downloaded manual. The software I use is Lightburn and recognized the CNC straight away. I would recommend this machine
