Normal casing is an innovative synbiotic intended for adults and children over 3 years of age. It contains 5 billion lactic acid bacteria from 4 selected strains: Bifidobacterium lactis FloraActive 32269, Streptococcus thermophilius FloraActive 32319, Lactobacillus rhamnosus FloraActive 19070-2, Lactobacillus plantarum FloraActive 32383 and Actilight® - fructooligosaccharides (FOS), as well as vitamins ę C. Application of cryoprotection technology (CRYO-PROTECTION) protects probiotic bacteria against mechanical and thermal stress during the production and storage of the product and against the effects of gastric juice and bile. This enables their better adaptation and survival in the intestinal lumen and the preservation of high biological activity. The Actilight® nutrient contained in the Normal casing synbiotic (fructo-oligosaccharides) constitutes a specific medium necessary for the development of probiotic bacteria contained in the preparation, enabling them to multiply faster in the digestive tract. The Actilight® prebiotic used is only slightly digested in the small intestine and reaches 95% of the colon.
