As a result, your colour will last significantly longer than comparable creams that so often dry out hair and contribute to the fading of radiance. The variety of shades available is also incredibly expansive thanks to the Color Tamer, letting your create endless pastel tones with consummate ease. For best results, apply Osmo Color Psycho Semi-Permanent Hair Color Cream to pre-lightened/bleached hair. After shampooing, towel dry hair and apply Cream evenly over hair. Leave for 15-30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
