This high-performance MCU features a RISC-V 32-bit dual-core and single-core processor with 128KB ROM, 16KB LP ROM, 768KB L2MEM, 32KB LP , and 8KB TCM. It offers powerful image and voice processing capabilities, including interfaces for the JPEG codec, pixel processing accelerator (), image signal processor (ISP), and 264 video encoder. The chip package includes 32MB of PSRAM and 32MB of external NOR Flash. Common peripheral interfaces are provided onboard, including MIPI-, MIPI-, USB 2.0 OTG, SDIO 3.0, an SD card slot, microphone, and speaker terminals. A 2x20 pin header is provided onboard, with 27 remaining programmable GPIOs. Security mechanisms include secure boot, flash encryption, hardware encryption accelerator, and hardware random number generator. Hardware access protection is also supported, enabling access privilege management () and privilege separation.
