Experience the yummy, authentic flavours encompass your mouth and tastebuds in every bite and it is sure to become a favourite among your family and friends. Gits Rava Dosa contains ingredients like Semolina Flour, Rice Flour, Bakery Shortening (Palmolein Oil, Sesame oil), Salt, Citric Acid (E330), Sodium Bicarbonate (E500 (ii)), Sesame Seed Powder, Cumin Seed Powder and Permitted antioxidant (Preservative).
HOW TO USE:
Mix in water: Mix contents of this pack with 1300 ml water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 5 minutes. Pour Batter: Evenly grease a non-stick tava /griddle with oil and heat on a medium flame. Pour 75 ml batter rapidly from center to outward edge of the tava / griddle in a circular motion to get a thin Rava Dosai of around 20 cm in diameter.( The holes will start forming in Dosai immediately on pouring, this is a sign of perfect Rava Dosai.)
