Even though the canister I received doesn't come with English translation the application is pretty simple. Give it a good shake and then spay the foam on the affected area. It cools down the skin and helps the healing process. I usually leave the foam on for about 15 minutes and then gently massage and remaining foam into the skin. You might need to reapply it a few times, depending on the extent of the sunburn.
