Our PERi-PERi  sauce is made with African Bird's Eye Chili and a blend of ingredients - sun-ripened lemons, onion, garlic and spices. This one is particularly hot and fiery, packing a whole lot of flavor! PERi-PERi is the heart & soul of Nando's and the secret ingredient behind our restaurants worldwide. 

Vinegar, water, lemon puree, onion puree, salt, spices (african bird's eye chilli, paprika, cayenne pepper), green chilli, sunflower seed oil, garlic, xanthan gum, propylene glycol alginate (derived from seaweed), preservative (ascorbic acid), rosemary extract. 

This sauce is for pouring, dipping, cooking and adoring. You'll crave it on every plate. Try it with chicken, then want it on everything.

Shake well before use. Must be refrigerated after opening.
