Our PERi-PERi sauce is made with African Bird's Eye Chili and a blend of ingredients - onion, sun-ripened lemons, garlic, and spices. This one is packed full of flavor and only medium in heat. PERi-PERi is the heart & soul of Nando's and the secret ingredient behind our restaurants worldwide.

Vinegar, water, onion puree, salt, lemon puree, sunflower seed oil, spices (african bird's eye chili, cayenne pepper), green chili, garlic, xantham gum, propylene glycol alginate (derived from seaweed), preservative (ascorbic acid), rosemary extract.

This sauce is for pouring, dipping, cooking and adoring. You'll crave it on every plate. Try it with chicken, then want it on everything.

Shake well before use. Must Be Refrigerated after opening.
