Physiodose Gilbert NaCl 0.9% saline solution is a medical device closed in 5 ml ampoules containing a single dose of the preparation. The tight closure ensures the sterility of the solution, thanks to which it is perfect not only for the hygiene of the nose, eyes and ears of infants, children and adults, but also for washing wounds.

The open ampoule has a soft and smooth tip, making the use of Physiodose Gilbert saline safe and convenient. Saline in ampoules can be used alone or as a solvent during the inhalation procedure.

Application

When to use Physiodose Gilbert NaCl 0.9%?

The saline solution in ampoules can be used in infants, children and adults to:

hygiene and cleansing of a dry or blocked nose,

eye hygiene and wash,

rinsing the ears,

washing wounds,

inhalation in aerosol therapy.

Usage method

How to use saline in ampoules?

Hygiene and clearing the nose:

can be used 1 to 6 times daily,

tilt your head back, then gently place the tip of the ampoule in the nasal cavity and squeeze it slightly,

repeat in the other hole,

raise your head to allow mucus to drain and get rid of excess fluid

Do not blow your nose for 10 minutes after applying the solution.

Hygiene and eye washing:

put a few drops of the solution into each eye, being careful not to touch the surface of the eye with the ampoule,

remove excess fluid with gauze,

Wait 15 minutes before using any other eye cleanser.

Ear hygiene:

after using an appropriate product for cleaning the ears, rinse the remaining earwax deposits with a solution,

with the use of ampoules, you can also clean the external ear canal,

in the case of infants, squeeze the ampoule using minimal force to avoid the risk of fluid getting into the middle ear.

Wound cleansing:

wash the wound using the entire contents of one ampoule, being careful not to touch the tip of the ampoule to the wound,

dry the area around the wound from excess fluid.

Inhalation in aerosol therapy:

the preparation can be used alone or as a solvent, in accordance with the instructions for the inhalation product.

Sodium chloride 0.99 g, purified water q.s. 100 ml.

Contraindications

Physiodose Gilbert should not be used if you have perforation of the eardrum, previous ear surgery or chronic ear problems without consulting your doctor first.
