This PIC KIT3 is a debugger and programmer emulator designed for a broad range of Microchip PIC and dsPIC microcontrollers. It communicates with your computer via a full-speed USB 2.0 interface. The device is fully enclosed and features a built-in over-voltage and short circuit monitor for safety. It is firmware upgradeable directly from your PC or via web download. It supports a voltage range of 2.0V to 6.0V and includes diagnostic LEDs to indicate power, busy, and error states. With the MPLAB IDE, you can perform real-time debugging, read/write memory, erase memory with verification, and program up to 512K bytes of flash. The package includes the programmer unit, a 149.5cm USB cable, and a 22cm 6-pin double-headed needle. Please note this is the programmer only.
