Two very attractive mini tartlets for the finger buffet, 48 pieces of each shape (round and square). Who could resist them, when filled with your mouth-watering fillings. The round ones measure 4cm diameter, and the square ones are 3.5cm on each side. The product can be used straight from the pack, and does not have to be re-heated before use. Can be frozen after filling. Made with free range eggs. Type of pastry: Pressed shortcrust dough, providing excellent moisture resistance. There are 96 pieces in each catering pack.
