Potentilla Longacre, also known as Cinquefoil is a dense, dwarf, deciduous, spreading shrub with small, greyish-green pinnate leaves.

From early June right through to October Potentilla Longacre is covered with a profusion of saucer-shaped, sulfur-yellow flowers.

Super easy to grow and very forgiving, it thrives in full sun or part-shade, is tolerant of drought and will even survive in poor soils.

Fully hardy, Potentilla Longacre will eventually reach a height of 90cm with a similar spread.

Our Potentilla Longacre are supplied ex. 10cm pots, they can be planted out immediately but better results may be obtained if they are grown on for a short time in a slightly larger container before transplanting to their final growing positions

We ask all our buyers to remember Potentilla Longacre is a living plant and it's appearance changes with the seasons. Please don't panic if the plant you receive looks different to the image on the website. This is quite normal and not a matter for any worry or concern, it is likely to be in perfect condition for the time of year. Particularly in autumn and winter many shrubs will lose their leaves and look rather bare, gaunt and stick-like and from August onwards many perennial plants may not even be showing above the soil.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and all our Potentilla Longacre are checked and inspected visually before packing. In the unlikely event of a problem please advise us within 48hrs of delivery. Due to the nature of the goods we cannot accept any responsibility for their failure after planting as pests, disease, poor horticultural practice, extremes of weather and many other factors outside our control all take their toll. Goods will only be accepted for return after seller has been informed and given permission for their return. Refunds will be issued after items are received back in a saleable condition within 14 days from original dispatch date. Buyer must pay all return charges except where an item has been shipped in error.
