Powdered gelatin 400 g Description

Powdered gelatin 2 pots of 200 g for preparing your creams, puddings, mousses, candies… Dosage: 2 g of powdered gelatin = 1 sheet of gelatin. Usage: pour the gelatin into cold water. To do this, add 6 times its weight in water (e.g.: for 2 g of gelatin, hydrate in 12 g of water). Mix and let swell for 3 minutes. Incorporate the mixture directly into your hot preparation and mix well. The gelatin should not be added to boiling preparations as it would lose its gelling effect. Ingredients: food gelatin (porcine origin). May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, lupin, and soy. Usage advice: store away from light and moisture after opening. For food products: limited use. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. Do not put in eyes. Close tightly after use. Net weight: 2 x 200 g.
