Voltage Requirements:
The USB-C power supply requires 15V power supply (PD), and the cable will be charged at 15V/2.58A, 15V/1.6A, 15V/4A, 15V/6.33A.
Other chargers with PD output below 15V (including 5V, 9V or 12V) will not work properly. Please double check your PD charger and make sure that "15V/3A" is listed in its specifications.
-Since most models do not have a 15V output, most for Apple PD power chargers cannot be used with this cable.
Electricity Demand:
45W or higher power is essential. Other chargers with lower power (such as 18W, 24W or 29W) may limit their performance and even shut down due to overcurrent protection mechanisms.
You must charge for Microsoft Surface Pro 6 with 65W PD or higher. Other Surface models, for Surface Go, Surface Pro 5/4/3, for Surface laptop, for Surface Book 2/1, for Surface Studio require 45W PD (15V/3A) or higher.
