Overview

Branch Chained Amino Acids are made up of Leucine, Iso-Leucine and Valine and are in the nine Essential Amino Acids. They play an important role in energy production in the body, stimulates protein synthesis and reduces catabolism. BCAA's make up to 35% of essential amino acids in body protein.

Pro-Elite BCAA are vital for the bodys ability to build muscle and also vital in reducing muscle damage. Taking Pro-Elite BCAA supplementation before and after exercise has beneficial effects for decreasing exercise-induced muscle damage and promoting muscle-protein synthesis.

So, the simple equation is:

Pro-Elite BCAA = Faster Recovery + Increase in Lean Muscle

Nutritional information Per Serving:

2:1:1 Ratio BCAA: 5g

Ingredients:

Leucine, L-Isoleucine, Valine

Directions for use:

Pre-workout: Use 5 grams of Pro-Elite BCAA stirred into 200ml of ice-cold water.

Post-workout: Use 5 grams of Pro-Elite BCAA stirred into 200ml of ice-cold water or mixed in to Pro-Elite Whey Protein.

For optimum results use 1 or 2 servings of Pro-Elite BCAA as per your requirement.
