The preparation contains two probiotic strains of lactic acid bacteria - Lactobacillus acidophilus La 14 (trade name - FloraFit) and Bifidobacterium lactis HN019 (trade name - HOWARU Bifido) and the prebiotic inulin (trade name - FRUTAFIT). Application: supplementing the intestinal microflora with probiotics and prebiotics. Recommended intake: adults and children from 3 years of age: take 1-2 capsules daily. The contents of the capsule can be mixed with a small amount of water or juice and drunk after a few minutes.
