Silica, calcium silicate. 

Manufactured on shared equipment that also processes milk, soy, egg, wheat, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame.

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) scoop with 6-8 oz of water or beverage of choice before training. This product does have the ability to clump which is why we made it as a stand alone product.
