GHOST PUMP raises the bar with even more of the pump ingredients we all love... L-Citrulline (Vegan Fermented), NO3-T Arginine Nitrate (a patented pump ingredient that we really think is the best EVER) and some awesome inclusions (Setria and PureWay-C), plus it's in some of our favorite GHOST flavors.

Citric acid, malic acid, natural flavors, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, tartaric acid, sucralose, xanthan gum, beta carotene (for color).

Manufactured in the U.S.A. in a GMP compliant facility contains ingredients of international and domestic origin. 

Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. Mix one scoop (1 serving) of GHOST Pump with 6-8 oz of water or beverage of choice, such as GHOST Legend, 30 minutes before exercise on training days. Advanced users/users over 160 lbs, mix 1-2 scoops with 10-12oz of water prior to training.
