Installation method:

1.It can be installed in 4S shop. Before installation, stop the car on flat ground, and prepare buffer glue, Jack (which is more convenient if it can be mounted on the rack) and soap water (which can also be replaced by detergent dilution water).

2.The body of the mounting part is lifted by a jack (or the whole vehicle is lifted by a frame). The spring is stretched to facilitate installation. Can fully see the shocks struts damper spring, there is no need to rise too high;

3.Spray soap water to clean the spring (mainly to remove the sand stains on the spring surface), spray soap water to lubricate the buffer glue (enough lubrication will be more convenient for spring positioning and alignment), after installation, clean soap water in an all-round way to prevent rust and rupture of the shocks struts damper spring, which is the safety part of automobiles, causing human injury;

4.The cushioning glue is installed in the middle part of the spring. After each wheel is installed, the car body is lowered to confirm that the spring is put into the upper and lower slots of the cushioning glue.

Note:

1.Buffer glue specifications are mostly directly related to "spring spacing". Please be aware that the installed buffer glue specifications are suitable for the corresponding spring. If the specifications do not match, do not install.

2.No matter what style the whole spring is (straight, vertebral, inverted, bucket), the buffer glue must be installed in the middle part of the spring, so as to achieve the effect. Buffer glue opening outward or inward does not affect the use effect, but the opening inward will be more beautiful.

3.When the car body is lifted up, the spring is in a stretching state. The spacing between the springs during stretching can not match the buffer glue (so the car body should not rise too high). Try to let the spring enter the buffer glue slot or one side into the slot. When slowly lowering the car body, check and pay attention to the spring completely into the upper and lower slots of the buffer glue.

4.After the cushioning glue is properly installed, it is suggested that the cushioning glue and spring should be pulled together with nylon strap at the cushioning hole position. The advantage is to avoid loosening or displacement in case of long-term use. In addition, when the car body is lifted later, the spring tension is not easy to leave the cushioning glue slot.

5.After installation, it is necessary to check that the spring can be properly inserted into the upper and lower slots of the buffer glue. If the buffer glue with inappropriate spacing between spring and spring is installed, the comfort will be affected and the normal use of the buffer glue will not be brought into play.

6.A few days after installation, you can check again whether the buffer glue is suitable, whether it was installed at the beginning, and so on.

7.Later, if the car body is lifted (such as maintenance or tire change, etc.), the spring may be stretched out of the buffer slot, so we can not be afraid of trouble and save time. We must check and pay attention to the spring return buffer glue in the upper and lower slots when we put down the car body. This is a very easy but important point to be ignored.
