Haven't used it as this is a gift for my grand daughter but I have seen someone else's working and there amazing loving the no screen time
The item came packed well ,but this has been bought for a Christmas present so I don't know anything about it.
Not opened it since it’s a gift. However it was well packaged and delivered quickly. I have ordered other items which have not yet arrives
I've opened the box it came 8n and it so cute and very well made

I was very happy with the Toniebox, it arrived on time abd was a perfect gift. It is a high quality product and it is hours of fun for children, developing thier listening and attention skills. Prying them of IPAD was a lot easier with this toniebox. Ice purchased a number of times for friends children who all reported the love fir this product. Very goid value.
This product is a Christmas gift for my nephew, so I cannot comment personally on it. However, I know a friend of his has one and he really enjoys it. Looks like great fun with no screens and a great way for him to hear the voices of his family, some of whom he doesn't see as often as we would like. It will also be great for his Dad to put content on when he travels for work.
This was the best value I found on the web. I was a little unsure but everything went smoothly. The product arrived well packaged within a few days.
4 stars as we haven't used it yet so not sure how easy it will be to record and upload content nor how easy it is for a 3 yr old to use.

My grandson was very happy with his birthday present.
I thought the price was too good to be true, but it arrived in really good time, all new in wrapper. Very excited to give it as a present for Christmas

Brilliant gift for my little boys birthday, we had a play with it when it first arrived and safe to say I think he is going to absolutely love it. The characters are so cute!

Bought this as a Xmas present so not been used yet, but delivery was very fast, and I was kept informed of progress constantly.
I received the Tonie box from bargain shop very quickly however unfortunately after a couple of uses it stopped working. Tech support from Tonie couldn’t rectify it but on contacting bargain shop via I buy they were very helpful and accepted the box back for a full refund and gave good customer service. I think it was just one of those things with the box and certainly I have no complaints about the service and would use them again.
