Using Tips:
1.If you are pregnant or using a pacemaker or other internal
devices, you should not fully rely on the data provided by this
product.
2.For the best accuracy, please place the scale on a hard and even
surface, and stand on the central area. Avoid carpets or similar
soft surfaces.
3.To avoid inaccurate weighing results, please recalibrate the
scale after physically moving or shifting it or when replacing the
batteries.
4.To calibrate, apply weight on the scale, then stop off and wait
for the LED screen to display ""0.0"". Then,
step back on the scale to weigh with accurate results.
5.During weighing, the indications will be flashing on the display,
wait till the indications stop flashing. Your weight will be
displayed for about 15 seconds, then switch off automatically.
6.Please stand on the scale with DRY & BARE feet and make sure
your feet are touching the 4 silver electrode areas on the surface
of the scale before taking body fat and other data measurements.
And please also note that you need to turn on the Bluetooth on your
Phone and make a connection with the Bluetooth Scale via App (
RENPHO).
7. Please change the batteries when ""LO""
appears on the screen which indicates that the battery is out of
power. ""Err""showed on the LED indicates
overload.

I really rate these scales. The professional reviews I read say they’re accurate for home scales, they give lots of information which is synced to the app easily for tracking and trend analysis.
It was easy to set up too, though do make sure your phone volume is on - the app beeps when it’s synced but without that it’s not Immediately obvious (on the app or scales screen) that the data has been received. So that did cause me some fiddling at first
I would recommend these to a friend - as long as they last anyway! :)
