• EXTRA FIRM AND ELASTIC FOR PERFECT COVERAGE - extra firm for applications requiring greater resistance and extra elastic to enable the icing to stretch over large or sharp sided cakes, without tearing. The extra stretch also makes it perfect for covering unusual and novelty shaped cakes.
• PERFECT BLANK CANVAS FOR CREATIVITY - for any cake or bake. It can be rolled out, hand modelled or used with cutters and moulds, ideal for covering and decorating tall cakes and shaped novelty cakes.
• VERSATILE - fondant icing includes gum tragacanth, making it pliable and strong, so it can be worked and shaped into just about anything. Create model flowers, people, and animals. Works well with cutters and in moulds for embellishments & decorations.
• SO SIMPLE TO USE & STORE - knead, mould and roll out! Use products at room temperature. If thereâs any left over, wrap in cling film and place inside an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place.
