This is a 304# replacement hard drive head tool comb, very practical for 4-disc 2.5" HDDs such as the WD20NMVW-11W68S0. It is more practical than earlier head tools. It thoroughly considers computer type, hard disk type, number of heads, and the berthing area (inside landing). The unique fixed hole, pin, and socket design completely secures the head and safely guides it to the disk area or parking frame. This maximises safe 'head' operation and shock resistance. The tool provides well-operated synchronisation and consistency for physical head separation. Supported HDDs include: 2.5-inch drives with four discs and seven to eight heads; Seagate ST1000LM010 with four discs and eight heads; and Western Digital WD20NMVW-11W68S0 2.0TB with four discs and eight heads.
