Wide Frequency Range The ADL5801 delivers a wide operating range from 10 MHz to 6 GHz, making it suitable for cellular base station receivers and broadband block conversion applications. Its compact form is well suited for field deployments and mobile test setups. Adaptive Biasing Technology Adaptive biasing maintains input performance even with large blocking signals. The mixer automatically lowers bias when signals are removed, reducing noise and power consumption without compromising performance in demanding environments. Linearity Core Equipped with a dual balanced active mixer core and an integrated LO buffer, the ADL5801 delivers a typical voltage conversion gain of 7.8 dB and LO to RF leakage better than 40 dBm, supporting clean downconversion in challenging RF environments. Compact And Reliable Design Fabricated with a performance SiGe process, the ADL5801 comes in a 4 mm x 4 mm 24 LFCSP package and operates reliably across a 40C to +85C temperature range. Use scenarios Cellular base station receiver frontend: downconvert wideband RF signals with linearity and low LO leakage in base station modules. Broadband RF frontend modules: support block conversion and wideband signal processing in telecom or broadcast equipment. Field service and portable test equipment: compact, robust mixer suitable for mobile RF testing and maintenance workflows.
