Take out the bottom screw.

2)take off the plastic cover around the bell button. It is quite stiff but don't worry, you wont brake it just pull it towards yourself

3)When plastic cover is removed, press the small metal release switch, located in the bottom of the doorbell. The battery will fall just out.
