RIP X Olympic Open Trap Hex Deadlift Bar with Rotating Barbell Sleeves and Easy Loading

RIP X Olympic Open Trap Hex Deadlift Bar with Rotating Barbell Sleeves and Easy Loading Description

The Trap Bar - often called a Hex Bar, is one of the best specialty bars for building strength and developing power in the deadlift. The RIP X Olympic Trap Bar is an open trap bar with a built-in deadlift jack. Shorter rotating sleeves offer a smoother deadlift experience. This is one of the most versatile barbells to have in your gym.

Deadlifts with a trap bar put less stress on the lumbar spine than deadlifts using a straight bar. This means that Trap Bar deadlifts can be helpful not just if you already have a back injury (or if you simply want to rest your lower back without skipping your deadlift days), but also if you're a novice who is still striving to establish baseline strength levels.

Adding a Trap Bar to your range is an excellent way to mix up your training and expand upon your routine. Trap Bar deadlifts are mechanically different than a straight bar deadlift so that they will work your hips, quads, and back differently. As well as standard deadlifts you can also train Farmers Carries, Romanian Deadlift, Single-Leg Deadlift, Shrugs, Seated Deadlift, Walking Lunges, Split Squats.
