Summary
- ESD Protection: With plus or minus 15KV ESD protection, the chip has limited slew rate driver, which minimizes EMI and reduces signal reflection caused by improper terminal matching cables, the error free signal transmission rate is as high as 500Kbps
- Multi Machine Communication: Receiver input impedance with 1/4 unit load, supports multi machine communication, allows connection to the bus of up to 128 devices, angled pin leads for easy testing, and can also be installed by welding straight pins in the PCB board by yourself
- Hot Swappable: Can be hot swapped, and there will be no signal blocking phenomenons caused by hot swapping of other 485 chips. The power supply uses SMD tantalum capacitors, and double capacitors are used for high and low frequency power supply filtering
- TVS600W Diodes: Use double transient suppression TVS600W diodes for better overvoltage protection performance, use 100Ω current protection resistors, and patch design to improve 485 signal integrity
- Welding Lead Holes: With terminals and welding lead holes, convenient for debugging and final wiring. Welding leads can improve signal reliability. RS485 and TTL signals are all single sided routing to ensure signal quality and improve signal integrity
