Overview This outstanding glitter from Rust-Oleum offers a subtle yet effective shimmer to spice up any project. Rust-Oleum Subtle Shimmer Glitter adds a sophisticated sparkle to your chosen Rust-Oleum water based-paints, you can simply mix this in with your water based paint or varnish to add an iridescent quality. Application of this product is amazingly easy, simply add your glitter in slowly (to avoid any clumping) and stir continuously, for the best results try avoid tipping all of the glitter in at once to ensure a great consistency is produced. We would always suggest testing this paint and letting it dry to make sure you are happy with the finish. If you wish to highlight the visibility of the glitter you can do so by diluting the paint with 10%-50% with water. Rust-Oleum Subtle Shimmer Glitter works best with gloss paints and we would always suggest using this product within 3 days of storing, and if you will need to store this for more than 3 days, make sure vent this can with a small hole and cover with tape.
