This Plastic Coating from Rustins is the toughest clear finish for all furniture and interior wood work. Heat, impact, alcohol and solvent resistant. Rustins Plastic Coating can be burnished to a mirror like gloss or rubbed to a satin or matt finish.

Size: 1 Litre

Preparation: Ensure the surface is dry and free from grease, soap and contaminants.

Application: Mix the Rustins Plastic Coating thoroughly then add the hardener and stir thouroughly for a few minutes to ensure full mixing is achived. Using the widest brush parcticle for the job, apply the mixed product to the clean surface in an even manner and avoid over-brushing. The mixing ratio of Rustins Plastic Coating to the hardener is 20:1 by volume. Once mixed yiu have 24 hours to use the product (if sorted at 20°C, then it will harden). One coat is usually sufficient but if a second coat is needed, this can be applied 2 hours after the first coat. The ideal temperature for application is 15-20°C. Do not apply in conditions below 10°C.

Maintenance: Clean the surface with a mild soapy solution

Cleaning: Clean the equiptment whilst wet with warm soapy water
