Product Description The Safety 1st 7cm gate extension is compatible with Safety 1st SecureTech Metal, Auto Close, Flat Step and Easy Close Metal gates. Easily attaches to the gate and wall. Compatible with other Safety 1st extensions (sold separately) of 14cm and 28cm. The configuration for each child safety gate is indicated on the packaging or in the instruction manual. Safety Warning Warning: read the instructions before installation, as incorrect installation can be dangerous. Warning: This safety barrier must not be attached to windows. Warning: never use without wall mounting (all fixings are required for the product). SAFETY GATE EXTENSION: this 7cm extension is compatible with the Safety 1st Easy Close, SecureTech, Auto Close and Flat Step gates and allows you to extend the width QUICK & EASY INSTALLATION: seamlessly push the extension into the side of the child gate for smooth installation that requires no drilling - you can add the extension on one side or both sides COMBINING EXTENSIONS: you can combine the available Easy Close Metal extensions (7cm, 14cm and 28cm) on either or both sides to fit the above mentioned safety gates to large openings ASSEMBLY ON STAIRS: if you want to install the child safety gate on a round stair gate railing, we recommend purchasing the appropriate Safety 1st Y-Spindle adapters (sold separately) HOW TO MEASURE: measure the width from the narrowest point of the opening: For a staircase, measure top and bottom of stairs - for a doorway, measure between walls and skirting boards
