The half tang knife includes a protective sheath adding to its durability. 

The blade is made from robust and sharp stainless steel, with a black non-stick coating, which will effortlessly cut through your choice of meat, fruit and vegetables. 

The granton edge design (dimples) helps to release sticky food after slicing. 

Shaped to be comfortable when holding, the black PP handle is giving a soft grip TPR coating for better control when using, while minimising the risk of injury.
