Suitable for all techniques. Directions 1. Mix the Schwarzkopf Blondme Premium Lightener with the Schwarzkopf Blondme Premium Developer in a 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 ratio until a clay substance is achieved. 2. Apply the mixture to dry hair as soon as possible, avoiding overlapping with previously applied product. 3. Allow the mixture to develop for 20 to 45 minutes. 4.
