Seafood Boil Bundle Description

There are meals, and then there are occasions. A proper seafood boil is firmly in the second category, the kind of spread that pulls everyone to the table and keeps them there long after the pot's been emptied. This bundle gives you everything you need to pull one off at home!

We've put together a combination that works in the pot: the king prawns bring sweetness and snap, the lobster tails add serious weight to the plate, the mussels fill out the broth with their briny depth, and the crab claws give you something to get your hands dirty with. It's a proper mix nothing token, nothing filler.

The whole bundle lands at just over 2.4kg of shellfish. That's a generous serve for three adults or a comfortable spread for four — especially once you've thrown in corn on the cob, baby potatoes, and a good Old Bay or Cajun seasoning in the pot.

Cooking: 

Cook from frozen.

Seafood Boil will require large four pans – one each for: Mussels/Lobster tails/Crab claws/prawns
To each pan add circa an inch of water, salt and bring to the boil
Add each component to a separate pan, cover, bring back to the boil, and then simmer for 5 – 6 minutes
Plate up with the mussels, then prawns, lobster tails and top with the crab claws
If adding a flavoured butter, melt the butter pats in a microwave dish, poor over the seafood medley and then serve
