How To Use Your Honing Steel
Place the plastic tip of the honing steel on a solid . Apply lightly downward pressure to avoid slipping during use.
Place heel of your blade at the top of the honing steel at about 20 degree angle. honing from heel to tip and repeat 2 - 3 times, then turn to the other side of until blade is .
Clean with water and dry it.
Wipe the honing steel with non-woven cloth.
Note:
1, Keep stable when honing.
2, The angle between the honing rod and should not be too large, keep at 20 degree angle.
