SimpleFOC High-Power ESP32 20A Brushless Motor Driver Board Description

1. The BLDC drive part is composed of 3 IR2104 gate drivers and 6 NMOS. The control logic is compatible with the official Simple FOC L6234PD solution;
2. Main control model: ESP32-WROOM-32E, 4MB Flash dual-core MCU Wi-Fi & Bluetooth module;
3. Onboard 2 INA240A2 high-precision current sensors are used to measure phase current, A The inline sampling resistance value of phase B is 10mR (made from two 20mR resistors in parallel);
4. Support magnetic sensor encoders such as AS5600 and AS5047P;
5. Reserve ESP32 firmware burning port for secondary development;

Interface description:
1. VCC, GND: DC12-28V power supply;
2. ESP32-WROOM-32E: 4MB FLASH dual-core MCU WI-FI & Bluetooth module;
3. ESP32 reset key;
4. IR2104 half-bridge grid drive:
SD# Enable end: The high level is valid. SD# for high HO and LO output controlled by IN;
HO and LO output cutoff when SD# is low
IN control terminal: when SD# is enabled, when IN is high, HO output is high and LO output is low;
When IN is low, HO output is low and LO output is high
5. 30V/30A N-channel MOS tube: It is recommended to use within 28V/20A (because phase,the maximum current sampling resistance can only exceed 20A current);
6. INA240A2 high precision current sampling amplifier: used to measure the INLINE current of phase A and B;
7. A and B phase current sampling resistance: the resistance value is 10MR(from 2 20MR resistors in parallel, The sampling resistance is the same as that of SIMPLE FOC V2.0.4), and the maximum current per phase is 20A;
8. C: brushless motor interface;
9. IO extension port: magnetic encoder that can be used to connect 2C and SPI interface. (such as AS5600 and AS5047P).
