Quick User Guide:
1) Place the plate or pan on the hanger before cooking and use a lifting eye to lower the plate or pan into the pressure cooker.
2) Interlock the handle with the pot and close the pot.
3) When cooking is complete, we recommend using gloves to prevent scaling, grabbing the two handles to lift the disc from the pressure cooker.
