I decided to investigate the source of his poor sleep. To say he was sceptical of my ability to help would be an understatement!
He bought a sleep monitoring watch a couple of years ago which confirmed that his sleep duration and quality were shockingly poor. I decided to sort the problem.
This slide sheep, which stops him waking when he turns over in the night, along with a knee-pillow which stopped his back twinges, has meant he has an ANS and overall sleep quality rating of not been less than 'good' since we received them.
