Kaizen Rice: Lupin flour, fava bean protein, tapioca starch, xanthan gum.

Spanish Seasoning: Salt, paprika, chili pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, cumin, oregano, orange peel powder, citric acid, organic olive oil

Allergen Info: Contains Lupini, a legume belonging to the same plant family as peanuts.

1. To prepare entire bag, bring 10 cups of salted water to a rolling boil. 
2. Add Kaizen rice and stir. Some foaming is normal. 
3. Boil for 5-6 minutes (depending on your desired firmness), stirring occasionally. 
4. Strain the boiled rice, rinse and serve.

Optional: For extra flavor, return the rice to the pot, add 1 tbsp of olive oil or butter, stir, and cook for 1 more minute before serving.
