SQL100A 3 Phase Bridge Rectifier 1200V 100A Description
A high-performance three phase bridge rectifier, the SQL100A model, rated at 1200V and 100A. Its welded design offers excellent temperature stability and robust power cycling capabilities. Intended for use in military, aerospace, household appliances, and automotive electronics, as well as new energy systems. The high thermal conductivity resin package allows for a maximum operating temperature of 150C. The component features a forward current of 7mA, peak reverse voltage of 100-1600V, and an average rectified current of 34A.
