Details: As the secret of an outstanding dish lies in its carefully-crafted roasted aromas, a roasting pan is one of the cooking appliances that home cooks, just like the professionals, can not do without. The multi-function roaster from Staub with its special chistera drop-structure ensures a delicate frying result thanks to its unique structure on the inside of the lid. The structure is reminiscent of a chistera from the basque game of pelota. This causes a uniform and continuous moistening of the food by the condensing water produced during cooking. This self-humidification system is already familiar to users of Staub products from the flat lids of cocotte stew pots. Thanks to the chistera drop-structure, self-moistening is now also possible with the curved lid of the multifunctional burner. The round roasting dish from the roaster series range has a diameter of 24 cm. With handles measuring 31.7 cm in diameter and with the domed lid, its height is 11.6 cm. Its capacity is 2.4l. In the cast-iron multifunctional roaster, you can prepare a variety of foods gently and healthy. Crunchy vegetables, tender meat and many other stews can be prepared in this graphite grey roaster and stylishly served to the table. With the multi-function roaster from Staub, you benefit from an innovative function that allows you to prepare fine meals on a gastronomic level and to enjoy a stylish serving at the table.
